11. Purpose
This Moderation Policy defines the rules applicable to content published on Partify, including reviews, comments, profile descriptions and any other user-generated content. It aims to ensure a respectful, transparent and fair environment for all.
22. General Principles
Moderation on Partify is based on the following principles:
- Transparency: rules are clearly communicated
- Fairness: all users are treated equally
- Proportionality: sanctions are adapted to the severity of violations
- Right of reply: everyone can express themselves and challenge a decision
- Privacy: no personal data is disclosed
33. Review Rules
A review is published if it meets the following criteria:
Allowed reviews
- Based on a real experience with the provider
- Written in a respectful and constructive manner
- Contains factual and verifiable information
- Does not disclose third-party personal data
Forbidden reviews
- Defamatory, insulting or discriminatory content
- Fake reviews (purchased, exchanged or fictitious)
- Promotional content or spam
- Disclosure of personal data
- Content unrelated to the service
- Threats or incitement to hatred
44. Moderation Process
The moderation process follows these steps:
- 1Publication: the review is submitted and visible immediately (subject to moderation)
- 2Automatic analysis: anti-spam filters and inappropriate content detection (< 1 minute)
- 3Human moderation: review by our team if necessary (within 48 business hours)
- 4Decision: publication confirmed, modification requested or removal
- 5Notification: author and concerned provider are informed
55. Right of Reply
Any provider may exercise their right of reply to a review concerning them. The response must be written within 14 days of the review's publication. It must respect the same rules as reviews (respect, factuality, no personal data). The response is published under the relevant review after moderation.
66. Reporting
Any user can report content they believe violates this policy via the 'Report' button available on each review and profile. Reporting is anonymous and processed within 48 business hours. Abusive or repeated reporting may result in sanctions against the reporter.
77. Sanctions
In case of violation of this policy, Partify may apply the following sanctions, depending on severity:
- Email warning
- Removal of disputed content
- Temporary account suspension (7 to 30 days)
- Permanent account deletion
- Report to competent authorities (serious cases)
Any sanction may be appealed within 14 days.
88. Appeal Procedure
To challenge a moderation decision:
- 1Send an email to moderation@partify.app within 14 days of notification
- 2Clearly state the reasons for the challenge
- 3Attach any relevant supporting evidence
- 4Wait for the moderation team's response (within 7 business days)
- 5The appeal decision is final
99. Professional Profile Content
Content published on PRO and provider profiles (descriptions, images, prices) is subject to the same moderation rules. Any misleading, illegal or inappropriate content will be removed after notification. The professional has 7 days to correct or challenge before final removal.
1010. Moderation Limitations
Partify strives to moderate content fairly but does not guarantee detection of all inappropriate content. Partify is not responsible for reviews published by users. In case of disputes between users, Partify may act as mediator but is not a judge of commercial disputes.

Partify reserves the right to modify this policy. Modifications will be published on this page and notified by email to affected users. The date of last update is indicated at the bottom of the page.
