11. Scope
These Service Provider Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Provider T&C") apply to any event professional (DJ, caterer, photographer, videographer, entertainer, venue, etc.) wishing to be listed in the Partify directory. These Provider T&C supplement the Terms and Conditions applicable to all users.
22. Eligibility Requirements
To register as a Provider, the professional must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Conduct a legal professional activity in the events industry
- Hold the necessary authorizations to conduct their activity
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Accept these Provider T&C, the general T&C and the Moderation Policy
33. Directory Registration
Registration in the Partify directory is free and allows the Provider to be visible to platform users. Partify reserves the right to refuse or remove any registration that does not comply with these terms, without obligation to provide reasons. Registration does not guarantee commercial results.
44. Profile and Information
The Provider agrees to provide and keep up to date the following information:
- Trade name or company name
- Precise description of services offered
- Geographic coverage area
- Valid contact details
- Indicative prices (if applicable)
- Availability (if applicable)
Any inaccurate or misleading information may result in profile suspension or deletion.
55. Client Relationships
Contracts concluded between the Provider and Partify users are direct contracts between these parties. Partify acts exclusively as a technical intermediary facilitating connections. Partify is not a party to these contracts and disclaims all liability regarding their performance, quality of services, prices charged or resulting disputes. The Provider assumes full responsibility for their services and commitments to their clients.
66. No Commission
Partify does not charge any commission on transactions concluded between the Provider and their clients. Payments are made directly between the Provider and the client, without Partify's intervention. The Provider is solely responsible for invoicing and collecting their receivables.
77. Reviews and Ratings
Users may leave reviews and rate Providers. The Provider accepts that:
- Reviews are published transparently on their profile
- Partify moderates reviews according to its Moderation Policy
- They have a right of reply to reviews within 14 days
- Only manifestly unlawful, defamatory or non-compliant reviews may be removed
- The average rating influences their positioning in search results

88. Badges and Verifications
Partify may award verification badges to Providers meeting certain criteria (seniority, number of positive reviews, etc.). These badges are awarded at Partify's discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. Obtaining a badge does not imply any guarantee by Partify of the quality of the Provider's services. No liability insurance certificate is required for registration.
99. Provider Obligations
The Provider agrees to:
- Comply with Swiss legislation applicable to their activity
- Respond to user inquiries within a reasonable timeframe
- Honor their commitments and provide services as described
- Not use the platform for illegal or immoral activities
- Inform Partify of any change in status (business cessation, etc.)
- Respect the intellectual property of Partify and third parties
1010. Termination and Delisting
Directory registration may be terminated:
- By the Provider: at any time, upon simple request
- By Partify: in case of violation of these terms, with immediate effect
- By Partify: for any legitimate reason, with 14 days notice
Upon delisting, the Provider's profile and associated reviews are deleted. Data is retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
1111. Limitation of Liability
Partify provides a connection platform as is. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Partify shall not be liable for damages resulting from use of the directory, published reviews, loss of clientele or any commercial harm. Partify's liability is limited to direct and proven damages.
1212. Modifications to Provider T&C
Partify reserves the right to modify these Provider T&C. Modifications will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Providers who do not accept the new terms may request delisting before they take effect.
1313. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Provider T&C are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
