Terms and Conditions - PRO Organizers

1. Scope

These PRO Organizer Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "PRO T&C") apply to any natural or legal person (hereinafter "PRO Organizer") subscribing to a professional plan on the Partify platform. These PRO T&C supplement the Terms and Conditions applicable to all users. In case of conflict, these PRO T&C shall prevail for aspects specific to professional services.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To subscribe to a PRO plan, the Organizer must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to contract
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Accept these PRO T&C as well as the general T&C and Privacy Policy

3. Subscriptions and Pricing

Partify offers two PRO directory subscription plans, billed annually in Swiss francs (CHF), including 7.7% VAT. Combo packages (directory + events) are also available:

Billing occurs on the first day of each annual period. Prices may be changed with 30 days notice before the start of a new billing period. Combo packages combine a directory plan with an event plan (Party or Ultra) at -30% discount.

4. PRO Organizer Obligations

The PRO Organizer agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about their profile and services
• Comply with applicable Swiss legislation, particularly regarding taxation (VAT, taxes)
• Not publish illegal, misleading content or content infringing third-party rights
• Respond to user inquiries within a reasonable timeframe
• Assume full responsibility for services offered through the platform
• Inform Partify of any change in status (business cessation, bankruptcy, etc.)

5. Content and Professional Mini-site

The PRO Organizer is solely responsible for content published on their profile and mini-site (texts, images, prices, availability). This content must be accurate and not mislead users. Partify reserves the right to remove any content contrary to these terms or applicable law, after notifying the Organizer.

6. Directory and Visibility

Registration in the Partify directory provides the PRO Organizer with visibility among platform users. Partify does not guarantee any commercial results, number of contacts or bookings. Display order in the directory may vary based on objective criteria (relevance, location, reviews) without the Organizer being entitled to any vested right.

9. Termination

The PRO subscription may be terminated:

• By the PRO Organizer: at any time, effective at the end of the current subscription period
• By Partify: in case of violation of these terms, with immediate effect after notification
• By Partify: for any legitimate reason, with 30 days notice

Upon termination, the Organizer loses access to PRO features and visibility in the directory. No refund is due for the current period, except in case of termination by Partify without cause attributable to the Organizer.

10. Limitation of Liability

Partify provides a technical platform as is. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Partify shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, reputational harm or damages resulting from use of PRO services. Partify's total liability is limited to the amount of subscriptions paid in the last 12 months.

11. Modifications to PRO T&C

Partify reserves the right to modify these PRO T&C. Modifications will be notified by email at least 30 days before taking effect. PRO Organizers who do not accept the new terms may terminate their subscription before they take effect. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These PRO T&C are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. The parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
