11. Acceptance of terms
By accessing Partify or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our platform. Partify reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the website.
22. Description of service
Partify is an online platform for organizing and participating in events. Our services include event creation, participant management, sending invitations, and various organizational features. Some features may be subject to specific conditions or require a paid subscription.
33. Account creation
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities carried out under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
44. Use of service
You agree to use Partify responsibly and in compliance with the law. It is prohibited to:
- Publish illegal, defamatory or offensive content
- Impersonate another person
- Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Attempt to compromise the platform's security
- Collect other users' data without authorization
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
55. Payments and refunds
Some Partify features are paid. Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Refunds are granted in accordance with Swiss legal provisions on distance contracts, except in case of effective use of the service.
66. Intellectual property
Partify and its content (logo, design, code, texts) are protected by intellectual property law. You retain the rights to the content you publish, but grant Partify a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it as part of the service. Copying, modifying or distributing Partify content without authorization is prohibited.
77. Limitation of liability
Partify is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of the service or the absence of errors. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Partify shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits resulting from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the last 12 months.
88. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Partify may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and associated data, unless legally required to retain them.
99. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. In case of dispute, we encourage you to contact us to find an amicable solution before any legal proceedings.
1010. Modifications to Terms
Partify reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Important changes will be notified to you by email or via a notification on the platform. Continued use of the service after a modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
